These terms cover your use of NotchDev, a macOS app by Diego Muñoz. By downloading or using it, you agree to them.

License

NotchDev is offered as a subscription. An active subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the app on your Mac(s), up to your license's activation limit. The software itself remains ours.

Free trial

NotchDev includes a 7-day free trial. After it ends, an active subscription is required to keep using the app.

Billing, cancellation & refunds

Billing and payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's policy — if something's wrong, email us and we'll help.

Acceptable use

Don't redistribute, resell, or attempt to circumvent the licensing. NotchDev runs actions on your Mac that you initiate (such as listing and stopping processes) — use them responsibly.

No warranty

NotchDev is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It's a developer tool and you're responsible for what you do with it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile.
